Patient Medicare Guidance

We worked with one of the agents of Healthcare American when we needed to understand what would happen when we turned 65. As Medicare being the confusion that it is, my agent was very understanding and patient in explaining how Medicare worked, and the different programs that are available to add to Medicare.

He explained how Original Medicare by itself worked, and then explained to us what options we had to add to our Medicare coverage. We eventually chose a Medicare Supplement, and have been happy with our choice for a few years now. The agent has called us each year to check in and ensure our coverages were correct.

My wife and I met an agent of Healthcare American at a booth they were set up at in Maryland. We were confused about Medicare and the options outside of Original Medicare.
